Dorcas Guild
The Dorcas Guild began in the early 1950s as a group of young mothers who gathered together. It has grown to include today both young and old — ladies who meet once a month on the second Tuesday of each month, from September to June, at 7:00 p.m. in the church Vestry.
Dorcas Guild members work on service projects for the good of the church and for various missions.
From February to November, the Dorcas Guild also holds work meetings every Wednesday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., in preparation for the Christmas Fair.

Meals of Love
Meals of Love is a ministry of assistance and encouragement for those unable to provide their own meals for a brief period — due to coming home from a hospital stay, being a new mother, suffering an illness or injury, or experiencing the inherent difficulties following the recent loss of a loved one. Meals are prepared by the group and stored for future use.
Additional Groups
First Congregational Church also accommodates
The Phil Norton Step Group for weekly Monday night meetings and the local
